ZENNER USA Announces Agreement with Mueller Water Products to Transition Mueller Systems Metering Business
ADDISON, Texas, November [4], 2026 – ZENNER USA, a sister company of The Minol-ZENNER Group, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of water meters, heat and cooling energy meters, gas meters, submetering and digital solutions for remote reading, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Mueller Water Products, Inc. (NYSE: MWA) to transition Mueller’s metering business, which operates thr
ough its Mueller Systems subsidiary, to ZENNER USA.
The agreement represents an important step in ZENNER’s continued investment in the North American water market. By bringing together ZENNER’s global metering expertise, technology portfolio and manufacturing capabilities with Mueller Systems’ established products and customer relationships, ZENNER USA will be positioned to provide continuity for Mueller Systems customers while expanding the products, technology and support available to them over time.
