These are dynamic and uncertain times. Our thoughts are with those whose lives have been touched by COVID-19, and all who are dealing with the hardships brought on by all the disruption the pandemic is causing—including, of course, our utility customers.

We’ve long recognized the benefits of resiliency as it applies to your ability to safely and reliably deliver essential services. Today, we need to be resilient against a global pandemic.

First, we must continue to be here for each other. Here’s our commitment to you. If you have questions or requirements, our sales, manufacturing, and support staffs will be available to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

We’d like to reassure you that Zenner USA’s manufacturing and customer support operations are continuing as normal. We understand that our customers need this support in order to continue their operations and support their customers.

All processes will remain in fluid operation and currently there has been no changes to our operations at this time.

In addition, we have also taken actions to protect our employees and customers as well. We are following all federal, state and local guidelines for cleaning our facilities and exercising recommended hygiene and social distancing.

On a personal note, I hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. And, we all share in the hope that those impacted will have a speedy recovery.
